A new High Court hearing in the Duke of Sussex’s case against the Daily Mail’s publisher is scheduled to begin on Wednesday.
Prince Harry is one of seven high-profile claimants taking action against Associated Newspapers Limited (ANL). Others involved include Sir Elton John, his husband David Furnish, and actress Liz Hurley.
The group accuses ANL of engaging in unlawful activities, which they allege included hiring private investigators to install listening devices in cars, illegally obtaining personal records through “blagging,” commissioning burglaries, and intercepting private phone conversations.
