The last chance to secure tickets for the Mayor of London’s renowned New Year’s Eve fireworks display arrives on Monday, 2 December, with sales opening at midday.
In partnership with the London Eye, this year’s celebration promises a dazzling combination of fireworks, lighting, and music to ring in 2025. The iconic event will draw people from across the globe to the banks of the River Thames, boosting the local economy and showcasing London to a worldwide audience.
The festivities kick off with the chimes of Big Ben, and millions of viewers around the world will watch the spectacle live, including through the BBC’s coverage, which last year became the most-watched TV programme in the UK. The event also serves as a launchpad for the London Eye’s 25th-anniversary celebrations.
Tickets, available exclusively through Ticketmaster, are essential for anyone planning to attend. Organisers stress that tickets purchased from unauthorised sources will not be valid. This year marks the final batch of tickets, following an initial release in October.
Prices range from £20 to £50, with London residents benefiting from a £15 discount per ticket across several viewing areas. This adjustment ensures many Londoners can enjoy the show at prices consistent with last year. The increase in prices for non-residents reflects additional investments in security, crowd management, and rising event costs across the industry.
Ticket buyers will also have the option to donate to TAP London, a charity dedicated to supporting homeless individuals across the city.
For those unable to secure tickets, the city offers a wealth of alternatives to celebrate New Year’s Eve, including London’s vibrant bars, restaurants, pubs, and clubs. The fireworks display can also be enjoyed live on BBC One, alongside millions of TV viewers.
City Hall is collaborating with multiple agencies, including the Metropolitan Police, Transport for London (TfL), local authorities, and emergency services to ensure a safe and seamless experience for all attendees.
This is the last chance to be part of London’s biggest night of the year – don’t miss out! Secure your tickets from Ticketmaster and prepare to welcome 2025 in spectacular style.
