audiences to celebrate the upcoming Year of the Snake, with the Chinese New Year officially beginning on January 29 this year.

The gala featured a variety of performances, including a lively cross-talk act titled "Cheer for China," which entertained the crowd with humor and cultural references. Artists from diverse backgrounds showcased traditional and contemporary performances, reflecting the rich heritage of Chinese culture.

Among the highlights, students from the University of Oxford delivered an engaging act, adding youthful energy to the evening's lineup. The event served as a platform for cultural exchange, fostering connections among Chinese students, scholars, and the broader community in Britain.
