Manchester City's Erling Haaland secured his team's 3-0 win against West Ham United on Wednesday, taking them back to the top of the Premier League table. Haaland, the Norwegian striker,
scored his 35th Premier League goal of the season, becoming the highest scorer in a single Premier League season.
The striker now has a remarkable 51 goals in all competitions for City in his debut season. Pep Guardiola, City's manager, praised Haaland's incredible achievement and described him as a "special" player. City have 79 points from 33 games, one point ahead of Arsenal who have played one more game. West Ham remain in 15th place, four points above the relegation zone.
