Police are offering a £50,000 reward for any information that could lead to the conviction of those responsible for the shooting of two teenage girls at a party in Moss Side, Greater Manchester.
The incident occurred in July 2022, where the 13 and 16-year-old girls, who were not the intended targets, sustained injuries in a drive-by attack. Fortunately, both girls have made a full recovery.
Detective Inspector Madeline Kelly emphasized that the victims were innocently enjoying a party when the "callous" shooting took place outside a property on Quinney Crescent. The offenders showed no regard for the potential harm they could cause and put the lives of innocent individuals at risk. Det. Insp. Kelly urged witnesses and members of the community to step forward and provide any crucial information that could lead to the successful conviction of those responsible for this heinous act.
