British Queen celebrates

Princess Anne has been hospitalized today following an incident involving a horse on her Gatcombe Park estate in Gloucestershire.

The 73-year-old Princess Royal, renowned for her equestrian skills, sustained minor injuries and concussion while out for an evening stroll near horses.

Her husband, Vice Admiral Sir Tim Laurence, and children Zara Tindall and Peter Phillips were present on the estate at the time. Emergency services attended the scene, and Princess Anne was subsequently taken to Southmead Hospital in Bristol for tests and treatment. She is accompanied by Sir Tim and is expected to recover fully.

King Charles III was informed immediately, and as a precaution, Anne's scheduled engagements for the week, including a visit to Canada and attendance at a Buckingham Palace banquet, have been postponed.

A palace spokesman confirmed Princess Anne's condition as stable and comfortable, emphasizing that she is receiving specialized care and will remain hospitalized until further medical advice allows her discharge.

The Royal Family, including King Charles III, Queen Camilla, and Anne's siblings, have extended their well-wishes for her swift recovery. Photo by Carfax2, Wikimedia commons.
