In a recent incident, a 12-year-old boy endured life-altering injuries following a dog attack, as confirmed by the Greater Manchester Police (GMP).

The distressing event transpired on Villa Road, Oldham, around 11:30 BST on Sunday. Alongside the young boy, a 31-year-old woman also fell victim to the attack, albeit with less severe injuries.

In response to the situation, a 43-year-old woman was taken into custody on suspicion of owning a dangerously uncontrollable dog.
