British Queen celebrates

King Charles has expressed his desire to stay informed about the ongoing search for the missing Titanic submarine. The vessel named Titan, operated by OceanGate, carries five individuals,

including Shahzada Dawood and his son, Salaiman. Mr. Dawood has been a long-time supporter of The Prince's Trust International and the British Asian Trust, both of which were established by the King during his tenure as the Prince of Wales.

The King has conveyed his thoughts and prayers to the Dawood family and all those involved in the incident. Will Straw, the Chief Executive Officer of Prince's Trust International, emphasized the organization's close ties with the Dawood family and expressed shock and concern over the situation. The organization is hoping for a successful rescue and extends its support to the family during this challenging time.

The submarine lost contact 45 minutes after departing on its mission to explore the wreckage site of the Titanic in the Atlantic Ocean. As the United States and Canadian Coast Guards, along with France's oceanographic institute, assist in the search, the oxygen supply aboard the vessel has dwindled to less than 40 hours. Unfortunately, experts suggest that the chances of survival are slim, given that the five individuals have been lost for three days in a confined 22-foot tube.

Among those on board the Titan are Stockton Rush, the Chief Executive Officer and founder of OceanGate Inc., who was leading the mission, as well as renowned explorers Hamish Harding and Paul-Henri Nargeolet. The collective efforts of the search teams continue in the hopes of locating the submarine and its occupants. Photo by Dan Marsh, Wikimedia commons.
