London City Airport launched an investigation after experiencing a cyberattack on its website on Sunday morning. The incident, which lasted for a few hours, resulted in

the temporary disabling of the website and the display of an error message for visitors.

The attack, claimed by the pro-Russian NoName Hackers Group, has raised concerns regarding the potential consequences and the need for enhanced security measures to prevent future breaches.

Efforts were promptly made to resolve the issue, and the website was restored to normal functioning within a short period of time.

As investigations continue, London City Airport aims to strengthen its cybersecurity infrastructure to safeguard against similar incidents in the future. Photo by T A, Wikimedia commons.
