British Queen celebrates

 

A two-story restaurant on Playa de Palma, south of Palma de Mallorca, the capital of the Spanish Mediterranean island, collapsed, resulting in the deaths of four

individuals. Emergency vehicles rushed to the scene following the incident.

In addition to the fatalities, more than a dozen people sustained injuries and were transported to various hospitals in Palma. Authorities have initiated search efforts to locate anyone who might still be trapped beneath the rubble.

The restaurant, situated by the beach, was a popular spot in the resort area. Emergency services have deployed psychologists to assist those affected by the tragedy.

Mallorca, known for its warm climate and numerous beaches, is a major tourist destination in Spain’s Balearic Islands, attracting visitors from across Europe.
