British Queen celebrates

Official data published on Wednesday revealed that British house prices witnessed a meager 0.2% annual increase in August, marking the slowest growth rate since April 2012.

This comes after a 0.7% annual rise recorded in July, as reported by the Office for National Statistics.

Additionally, the figures indicated that house prices rebounded with a seasonally adjusted 0.2% monthly increase in August, partially reversing the 0.3% drop observed in July.
