Portugal has clinched the top honors at the 10th World Golf Awards ceremony held in Abu Dhabi. The country received the coveted title of the "Best Golf Destination in the World," reaffirming

its reputation as the "Best Golf Destination in Europe" for the second consecutive year.

In addition to these prestigious accolades, several awards celebrated the best golf courses and venues in Portugal. The Terras da Comporta – Dunas Golf Course was recognized as the best new golf course in Europe and Portugal. The Quinta do Lago – South Course received honors as the best golf course in both Europe and Portugal. Moreover, Quinta do Lago in Portugal was named the best golf venue in Europe.

The accolades did not stop there. The Hilton Vilamoura As Cascatas Golf Resort & Spa was acknowledged as the best golf hotel in Portugal, and InGolf was recognized as the best inbound golf tour operator in the country. Tee Times secured the title of the best outbound golf tour operator in Portugal.

Portugal's success as a top golf destination can be attributed to its comprehensive tourist experience, easy accessibility by air and land, warm hospitality, high-quality sports and hotel facilities catering to golfers of all levels, and an outstanding quality-to-price ratio.
