British Queen celebrates

British finance minister Rachel Reeves has expressed a desire for lower taxes and less regulation, emphasizing that the country’s finances are now on stable footing following her

October budget.

Speaking on Wednesday at the World Economic Forum’s annual meeting in Davos, Switzerland, Reeves reflected on the progress made since the budget. "We have wiped the slate clean," she stated, highlighting the government’s efforts to stabilize the economy.

Looking ahead, Reeves shared her vision for fostering economic growth: "My instinct is to have lower taxes, less regulation, and to make it easier for businesses to thrive."
