Armed police have cordoned off a fishing boat in a popular tourist spot. The incident unfolded at Yarmouth Harbour on the Isle of Wight at 20:51 BST on Saturday, with the RNLI present to
assist a boat.
Three men have been arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class A drugs. Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary reported that a boat was also seized as part of the ongoing investigation.
The individuals arrested include a 40-year-old man from Windsor, a 54-year-old man from Gosport, and a 40-year-old man from Portsmouth. The police force is actively working to establish the circumstances surrounding the boat's involvement. Photo by Christine Matthews, Wikimedia commons.
